Cancellations, refunds and returns

If you wish to cancel your order please let us know at linus@healing-boxes.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been shipped we can cancel the order and give you a refund. If the order has been shipped you can return it for a refund if you wish, but we cannot return the cost of postage, and you will cover the cost of packing and returning the box to us in unused, re-saleable condition.

No returns will be accepted 14 days after purchase.

Customers are responsible for paying for the return of goods if orders are cancelled. Should you choose to return your order you will need to deliver the item(s) to the UK where Healing Boxes CIC is based.

Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements, perishable products and personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken are non-refundable unless faulty.
