UK delivery is included in the price of each box (not including the Republic of Ireland or the Scottish Highlands or Islands).
International delivery is charged at £5 per box.
The goods are delivered by Royal Mail, second class postage, unless agreed otherwise in writing before goods are dispatched. Expediated and other postal options may incur further charges.

We endeavour to ship goods within 2 working days of the order being received. For any queries please contact linus@healing-boxes.com.
Mainland UK boxes expect to take 3-5 working days for delivery. International shipping is expected to take up to 2 weeks.
If the goods become damaged in transit the buyer will need to inform Healing Boxes within 7 working days of the damage, sending photographs if possible.
The buyer is responsible if goods are damaged or lost in transit. If this is a concern we suggest opting for Royal Mail special delivery. Contact us for prices on this delivery.
