Once you are ready to begin your email series, visit the starting page and enter the password: AnxietySupport (it’s case sensitive).
Then pop your email in the subscription box on the page.
Once you hit subscribe, the emails will come daily for 14 days.
N.B: This series will only be delivered once, although you can save the emails to re-read them.
